Scofflaw Autumn 2015 Collection

*Press Samples*

Hi everyone! Today I have the Scofflaw Autumn 2015 Collection to share with you. Finch has put together an amazing collection of 9 polishes and 1 duo with a variety of inspirations that are just unique and fabulous. This collection releases on Thursday, September 17th at 8 PM CST in the Scofflaw shop.

Furiosa is a slate blue shimmer base with gunmetal and silver flecks. Formula was super smooth and easy to work with and I got full coverage at 2 coats. This is such a chic polish and a great color for fall. It was inspired by Finch's favorite movie of the year (and I think possibly vying for favorite movie of all time) Mad Max: Fury Road.

I thought this one was so cool and edgy looking with matte topcoat added. :)

Goldstone is a rich burnt orange filled with gold flakes and shimmer. Formula was super easy to work with and I used 3 thin coats for full coverage. This burnt orange is just screaming my name and I LOOOOVE it for fall. It's so nice! I think that the inspiration was spot on with this polish, as it was inspired by its namesake gemstone.

Fluffy Battle Bunny is a light periwinkle crelly filled with blue, pink, and turquoise glitters as well as teal shimmer. Formula and glitter load were great and I had full coverage in 3 thin coats. The color combo here is just perfection and that shimmer is just to die for!

Sea Wolf is a rich turquoise jelly filled with green opalescent shimmer and navy glitters of various sizes. Formula is nice to work with and again, has perfect glitter distribution in 3 thin coats. This color is just magical and is slightly bolder/greener in real life. Such shimmering jelly goodness!

étoiles d'eau salée is a a soft grey crelly filled with violet shimmer and lavender and pink holo microglitters. Formula was nice to work with and had great coverage in 3 thin coats. This is such an elegant polish! The softly colored glitters combined with the shimmer are just divine...a must have from this collection!

Wrath of Julia Child is dark eggplant base with strong silver shimmer as well as various shades of blue shimmers and teeny blue and periwinkle glitters. Formula was super nice to work with and I got full coverage in 3 thin coats. Oh Julia, I'm glad she got her own polish. LOL! I think eggplant purple was a fantastic choice and the silver shimmer almost gives this polish a metallic feel.

Indifferent Cats in Amateur Porn is a pastel yellow/lime green crelly with a violet-chartreuse shimmer and glitters in violet, pale green, chartreuse, and apple green. Formula/glitter load were great in this polish and I got full coverage in 3 thin coats. This was one of my favorites in the bottle and it did not disappoint on the nail. Something about it made me think of Apple Jacks. Also, the name is hilarious...

Krokodil is a minty sage-green polish with gunmetal, turquoise, and teal glitters. Formula was easy to work with and I got full coverage in 3 thin coats. The base of this one was slightly less squishy and translucent than than the other crelly glitters which gave it a more shimmery opaque look. The color combo here is super nice and complimentary, I think it will be a popular one.

Rockford Peaches is a pink-peach crelly base with peach shimmer and glitters in holo red, copper, and peach. Formula was awesome and had a nice squishy opacity at 3 thin coats. I'll admit that I was not attracted to this much at all in the bottle, but I fell in love with it on the nail. It became almost a perfect neutral with a twist on my skintone, which I loved. Also, you can't beat the inspiration (A League of Their Own).

In addition to the 9 single polishes in the collection, there is also a duo!

Amoeba Jam is a mid-range taupe creme filled with delicate red/gold shimmer. Formula was nice and smooth with full coverage at 3 thin coats. This is a gorgeous nude and the shimmer is super lovely! I could definitly see wearing this on its own for a nice office-appropriate look.

Tardigrade Candy is a clear-based glitter topper filled with dot, hex, star, and triangle glitter in black, orange, pink, plum, and neon red. Glitter load in this polish was great and I was able to get great coverage over the base color (Amoeba Jam) in one coat. I didn't have to fish for the larger shaped glitters either, so that was very nice. This is such a weird combo of colors and I wasn't sure how it would even look together, but somehow it just works! It never ceases to amaze me how Finch's creations come together!
